Dear Patti,

I felt the need to write and say “WOW”. As you are aware, I recently purchased new Audibel Anthem hearing aids and have been wearing them or a week now for 12 to 14 hours a day. You have made such a difference in my life.

From the first contact with your office, the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. On arrive for my hearing test, Tracy, your audiologist, examined my ears. She determined (and I cold view the results on the screen), that i had plugging in my ear canals. She advised me this needed to be taken care of prior to the hearing test as it could make a difference in the result.

On returning from the clinic where (significant) plus were washed form the canals, I was given a very through hearing exam. After my hearing loss was measured, I was given the opportunity to try an Anthem to experience for myself what they feel like…. Very impressive so comfortable! I ordered that day and in about a week, I received my very own hearing aids, programmed to meet my specific needs. My fitting appointment with you was quick and efficiently completed and I walked out to a new world. I could hear!

I am singing the praises of these wonderful life enhancing additions to my life. They are wonderfully comfortable. Sometimes I have to stop and think weather or not I have them in because they are so light and easy to wear. Talking on the phone is a pleasure because they don’t squeal (feedback) or cause discomfort when the phone is pressed to my ear. I can hug someone without worrying about a squeak, which would call attention to the fact that I am wearing hearing aids. Also, my vanity is intact…the design, color and placement behind the ear makes them virtually invisible. I cannot imagine ever doing without them at this point.

Please share my thoughts and experiences with anyone considering making an investment in these new instruments. Encourage them to realize how a hearing loss makes life more difficult and frustrating for both the person with the loss and those trying to communicate to them. We lose out on important information or tend to withdraw from conversations or social activities. Hearing again is truly life altering.
