Tracey Demmon, AUD, F-AAA
Doctor of Audiology
Dr Demmon was born and raised in Vancouver BC and moved to Bellingham in 1993. In 1998 she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Washington University. In 2001 she completed her Master of Arts degree in Audiology, also from Western Washington University. In 2009 she graduated with Honors and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from the AT Still University in Mesa, Arizona.
Dr. Demmon is a licensed Audiologist in Washington State and has earned her Certification of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. She maintains affiliations with Washington State hearing Aid Society, Washington Speech and Hearing Association, Hearing loss Association of Washington. as well as the American Academy of Audiology, American Tinnitus Association, and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She continues her post graduate courses on a monthly basis to stay abreast of the current trends in audiology as well as the latest techniques and devices available.
Current areas of expertise include hearing aids (fittings, candidacy, evaluations, and follow up), aural rehabilitation (psychosocial issues regarding hearing loss and adjustment for families), tinnitus (auditory sounds in the head), hearing conservation (protection of hearing), and assistive listening devices (telephones, alerting devices and FM systems). She continues her pursuit of excellence with regular training and classes and looks forward to being able to help those with hearing health difficulties.
Grace Borgmeyer
Audio Tech
Grace was raised in Everett, Washington with her family and two pets. She graduated high school and obtained her AA in Arts and Sciences in 2020, then moved to Bellingham the same year to pursue her undergraduate degree at Western Washington University. She was first interested in Speech Pathology, but when she took a class on Audiometric Testing, she was sold on working towards her audiology degree. Grace graduated with her BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2022 and decided to take a break from schooling to gain experience in the field, especially with attending Western during Covid and having limited access to the on-campus clinic.
She applied to work at Hearing Northwest in late fall of 2022 and was hired on in the PCC position. She has since moved up to the Audio Technician position and absolutely loves it. She delights in working with patients and learning about their lives while gaining hands-on knowledge in the field of audiology.
Outside of work, she loves to read, crochet, travel, nanny and spend time with her friends and family in her church community. She is currently learning ASL and stepping into the process of getting her HIS license.
Audrey Tice

Hello! My name is Audrey Tice. I’ve been a resident of Bellingham, WA for over 40 years and thoroughly enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I am a graduate of Western Washington University with a degree in Parks and Recreation. My proudest accomplishment is being a Mom of my two wonderful daughters.
I have been working in the health care industry in various clinical settings for approximately 15 years. I greatly enjoy this line of work because of the variety it provides but most importantly providing exceptional patient care. I am proud of my ability to treat everyone of all demographics in a patient, respectful and caring manner. I value my ability to interact in a compassionate, approachable and kind manner. I look forward to my journey as a Patient Care Coordinator at Hearing Northwest and am excited to be part of this team.
